CHQISTEX® ePTFE Filter bags for dust filtration are made of ePTFE filter media which are made of ePTFE membrane laminated on various felt filter and glass fabrics. They have the specification of high filtration efficiency and near zero emissions.
FEATURES:
Excellent efficiency, large air flow, low pressure drop, easy to peel dust cake, thermal stability, long service time.
APPLICATION:
They are widely used in industry of cement, paint coating, petrifaction plastic, food, metallurgy to filtrate and collect dust, so they will reduce the overall maintenance and operating costs.
Minerals: Cement, gypsum, lime ,carbon black, asbestos, alkali etc.
Chemical industry: acids, alkalis, fertilizer, dyestuff, insecticide, pesticide, tobacco, etc.
Metals processing: Aluminum, cuprum, barium etc. and rare metals
Foodstuff processing: Flour, milk powder, starch, sugar, food additives etc
